MEMBERSHIP TARIFF

(Special Membership Promotion: 1 Offer)

Corporate Membership: PKR 1,300,000/-

The company can further nominate nominees by depositing as below:

Nominees fee:

PKR: 600,000/- for the first nominee.

PKR: 500,000/- for each nominee; thereafter, up to a maximum of 10 nominees.

Terms & Conditions:

• The company should submit its nominations within 3 months after the date of the issuance of corporate membership.

• Full payment for all nominees must be made within 90 days after the date of the issuance of corporate membership.

• There will be a non-refundable fee of PKR 100,000 for every change of nominee.
• The nominees will be allowed to bring their families, consisting of their spouse and three children.
• If there are more than three children, the regular subscription fee will be applied accordingly.

Premier Membership: PKR 1,300,000/-

This membership is transferable after 3 years of its inception. A transfer fee of PKR: 200,000/- of the rate prevailing at the time of transfer will be charged.

Option I: Special Promotion Premier Membership minimum down payment: PKR 399,999/-

Remaining payment in 24 equal monthly installments along with 24 post-dated checks: PKR: 37,500/- (monthly)

Option II: Special Promotion Upfront payment: 10% discount PKR: 11,70,000/-

Traxx Non-Transferable Membership: PKR 900,000/-

This membership is non-transferable and includes all facilities.

Option I: Special Promotion Traxx NT-Membership minimum down payment: PKR 300,000/-

Remaining payment in 24 equal monthly installments along with 24 post-dated checks: PKR: 25,000/- (monthly)

Option ll: Special Promotion: Upfront payment: 10% discount: PKR 810,000/-

Monthly Subscription Fee for the Above Packages

PKR 12,000/- Corporate Members Individual/Family (Up to 3 Children)

PKR 7950/- Premier/Traxx-NT members Individual/Couple

PKR 7150/- Founder Members

PKR 850/- per head for children aged 5 years and above

PKR 2750/- per head for children between the ages of 18 and 21

Following steps need to be fulfilled before cancellation of any membership;

• All the outstanding balance needs to be cleared.
• The Club card and Car Sticker of the respective member, spouse and children (if applicable) must be returned.
• Once the membership is cancelled, it cannot be restored in any circumstances.
• In case of seeking membership at Royal Palm in future, such person will be treated as a fresh applicant and all prevailing rules will apply at that time.
• Cancellation will not entitle your family to avail facilities at the Club.

1. Your account cannot be frozen until outstanding dues are cleared in full.
2. Membership account may freeze only on the basis of relocation. Please note that Club would requires proof of relocation to:

• Employment Certificate
• Business Proof
• Work Permit
• E-TICKET

3. A member will be liable to pay 50% monthly subscription fee in case the member’s account is frozen.
4. When an account is frozen, the member will not be allowed to use any club services.
5. You can send an application to the Member Service Office for freezing the account by hand or via email at membership@rpgcc.com / membserv@rpgcc.com
6. However, sending an application does not mean automatic freezing of the account. If you fulfil the given requirements, the Club will send you an email of confirmation with the revision of membership status within seven working days.

Please note that no verbal communication will be entertained in this regard

To transfer membership the member must follow the following steps.

1. Member shall intimate the club or generate a request regarding to the transfer of membership via email at membership@rpgcc.com / membserv@rpgcc.com
2. Your outstanding dues and membership fee must be totally clear at the time of transfer.
3. Member must have held that certain membership for 3 years and for those who bought the membership in resale must hold the membership for at least a year.
4. Required documents:
   • Affidavit (E-stamp)
   • CNIC of buyer and seller
   • Transfer fee (200,000 PKR)
5. During the transfer of membership, such a member will not be allowed to use any club services.
